About the role
Seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our team in Cloverdale, WA. As a licensed Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and maximising returns for clients.
What you'll be doing
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination and tenant relations
* Proactively identify opportunities to maximise rental returns and occupancy rates for landlords
* Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate any necessary repairs or upgrades
* Efficiently handle tenant enquiries, maintain strong communication, and ensure a positive renting experience
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial statements and reports
* Stay informed of industry regulations and legislation to ensure compliance
* Form positive relationships with clients and, over time, prove trustworthiness
* Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of success
* Reliability with minimal unplanned absences
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
* Proficient in using property management software and tools, Property Tree preferred
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or equivalent
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing the residential property industry
* A customer‐centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
