We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to lead operations at our Learning and Lifestyle centre in Maryborough and Hervey Bay, Qld. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a chance to make a lasting impact on our community and foster growth within your team.

Salary Packaging Benefits: Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free. In addition, you can use up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation, etc.).

Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of a community site, ensuring a person-centred approach to supports and personalised planning and development for all people with disability.
* Develop a team environment where employees can identify and solve problems to translate personalised planning into action, while ensuring sustainable, profitable and customer-centric service delivery.
* Ensure team members are fully trained and aware of individual client requirements.
* Supervise a team of Support Workers on rotating roster cycles to maintain effective site operations and mitigate operational challenges.
* Promote Endeavour Foundation's full suite of service offerings and explore effective customer engagement strategies via focus groups, improved area committee liaison, and data interpretation.
* Develop, implement, and review person-centred agreements and products for new and existing individuals.
What you can bring to the team
* A bachelor's degree in human services or related field is desirable, or equivalent experience managing site-based services within the disability sector and community services support for people with a disability.
* Demonstrated experience coaching individuals to provide person-centred supports, including for people with complex requirements to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards for Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, disability services provision, and NDIS.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and lead through adversity.
* Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit 2 Work), and an open driver's license with comprehensive vehicle insurance.
