About The Role:
You will support delivery of quality across all products ensuring they meet contractual regulatory and industry standards working closely with internal teams and local suppliers you'll assist in quality assurance compliance checks and audit activities to help maintain product integrity.
This role contributes to continuous improvement efforts and supports upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) helping ensure supply chain consistently delivers products that meet expectations.
* Support implementation of the Quality Plan to ensure consistent product quality across the ADF supply base.
* Assist with quality control activities including inspections testing and tracking corrective actions.
* Follow established quality protocols and standards contributing to assurance efforts across production operations.
* Help monitor product compliance through audits testing and supplier reviews.
* Maintain documentation such as the ADF Manual and support supplier alignment with quality requirements.
* Assist in maintaining the QMS Register and ensuring accurate engineering and compliance records.
* Support internal and external audit activities to meet contractual and industry standards e.g. EIA:632 ISO ****.
* Coordinate gold seal sample storage and assist with production compliance checks.
* Participate in factory inspections and audits including monitoring Acceptable Quality Limits (AQLs).
* Help manage rework processes and post-production inspections to support supplier improvement.
* Contribute to periodic risk assessments and assist in identifying and mitigating quality risks.
* Assist in preparing reports on quality performance indicators as required.
* Provide input on garment construction improvements and collaborate with suppliers on high-risk products.
* Support team training and development activities as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
You should have at least 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or control role ideally within apparel textiles or a similar production environment.
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is a plus.
Understanding of garment construction textile testing and accessory quality requirements.
Experience supporting supplier audits inspections and corrective action processes.
Ability to identify and mitigate quality risks.
