Project Lead Position

Working closely with the Construction Management team, you will help refine systems, streamline processes and enhance training programs that keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in retaining wall construction – ideally in a Senior Supervisor or equivalent leadership role.
* Strong ability to interpret complex plans and deliver practical, creative solutions.
* Proven capability to manage teams.
* Natural leadership presence – professional, respected and leads by example.
* A proactive, solution-based mindset with the initiative to take action and improve outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must have current Car & Truck Licence and Excavator and Skid Steer Tickets.
