Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to lead administration and customer service at our branch. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 7:30-8:30 am and finish times between 3:30-4:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
* Complete data entry and admin tasks accurately.
* Support operations and administration team with daily tasks.
* Assist with staff onboarding, offboarding, and training records.
* Perform reception duties as needed.
