Presently, we are seeking to welcome a new member to our esteemed Reception team. We eagerly anticipate the addition of an experienced and driven Medical Receptionist/Administrative Professional, equipped with impeccable communication, customer service, organizational prowess and genuine care for our patients and the community we serve.

We are seeking a part-time team member, with an additional casual position also available for suitable applicants.
This part-time opportunity entails three days a week. Monday 12.00pm to 8.00pm, Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30-5.00pm and rotational Saturday roster coverage 8.00am to 12.30pm. The role necessitates flexibility, requiring availability during select after-hours periods, encompassing Monday to Friday evenings and rostered Saturday mornings.
While preference will be granted to candidates already proficient in Medical Director, Pracsoft, and Hot Docs, we are committed to fostering growth and development. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
