What does the job look like?

Join our team as an Admin Manager, supporting a busy distribution centre and office environment. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of site operations, with a strong focus on administration, finance, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, payroll, billing, and customer/contractor liaison, while driving process improvement and compliance.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards. Oversee daily administrative operations, including wage tracking, billing, payment processing, and data entry.
- Prepare and present weekly KPI and financial reports to support informed decision-making.
- Reconcile customer RCTI processes and resolve billing disputes.
- Liaise with customers and contractors via email and face-to-face, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
- Support the team in financial validation, documentation, and cost recovery.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
- Champion Linfox values and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and operational efficiency.

Are you the one?

As the Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant operation of our site. We are looking for someone who brings strong administrative and finance expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated experience in administration, payroll, and finance (ideally within logistics, FMCG, or related sectors).
- Proficiency in SAP, Kronos, and MS Office Suite (Excel essential; Power BI desirable).
- Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, robust organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of OH&S; legislative requirements and commitment to safety.
- Tertiary qualification in business, administration, or related field preferred.
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly and drive process improvements.
