We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Grand Seiko Team Assistant to support the Grand Seiko Department and Retail Operations Manager across Retail, Wholesale and Marketing functions.
This is a dynamic, hands‐on role suited to someone with a collaborative attitude and a "no task is too small" approach, both of which are essential for success in this position.
Some interstate travel and occasional after-hours/weekend work may be required.
The Opportunity
Administration
* Coordinate and manage travel bookings and itineraries
* Assist with stock enquiries and boutique stock analysis
* Support research and analysis of the luxury retail market
* Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials
* Support display and POS requirements for accounts
* Assist with CRM initiatives and provide support to boutique teams
* Coordinate equipment, fixture and furnishing maintenance as required
* Support the implementation and management of strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
* Coordinate team meetings, conferences and sales presentations
* Update training materials with the latest information
Marketing
* Assist with event setup, execution, pack down and post-event reporting
* Compile monthly editorial clippings and reporting
* Coordinate creative production and communication with publications
* Assist with social media monitoring and management
* Conduct regular audits of brand websites and online boutiques
* Monitor competitor online activity and market trends
Retail
* Prepare presentations for landlords and stakeholders
* Assist with visual merchandising initiatives
* Support maintenance and auditing of retail systems
* Assist with rollout and maintenance of policies and procedures
* Coordinate store maintenance during and outside business hours
* Provide day-to-day support to the Retail Operations Manager
Wholesale
* Conduct occasional store visits for visual merchandising support
* Assist with wholesale event coordination and execution
* Update retailer product ranges and information
* Prepare retailer presentations and business reviews
Your Skills
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong administrative and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
* A proactive team player with a flexible, hands-on attitude
* Interest or experience in luxury retail, watches or premium brands highly regarded
