Grounded in a strong Christian ethos, our campus bridges academic excellence with vocational training and "training for life."
The Opportunity
We are seeking an inspirational, culturally competent leader to step into a dynamic dual portfolio. As Deputy Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to lead our pastoral care frameworks (Choose Respect & Restorative Practices) and oversee student discipline. A portion of your week will involve direct classroom or workshop teaching or VET training.
Key Portfolios & Responsibilities
* Cultural & Pastoral Leadership: Lead culturally secure, trauma‐informed wellbeing programs and whole‐school behaviour support.
* Operational Oversight: Line‐manage the Tuesday Program and Workplace Learning (WPL) Coordinators, tracking engagement both onsite and in‐town.

Are You the Perfect Fit?
