The Direct Sales Consultant contacts Maxxia customers to educate them on the benefits of novated leasing. The aim of the role is to increase customer awareness of the prospect of salary packaging a car and qualifying them as a genuine lead which can be converted into car leasing customers.
Bring you contact centre, phone-based sales or collections experience and leverage it into being able manage and convert a portfolio of customers, generating novated leasing sales for the business.
A Day in the Life of a Direct Sales Consultant
Working on our automated phone system you will be directly connected to customers, where upon you will engage and educate people on the Novated Leasing product. You will be able to quickly build rapport and discover the needs of our customers. You will provide them with options and solutions and help them to understand our products.
