Role Description
This is a full‐time, hybrid Small Business Advisor role based in Karratha, WA, with some opportunities to work from home. The Small Business Advisor will develop and deliver support programs for local businesses, provide expert guidance on operational improvements, and offer tailored strategies to promote growth and sustainability. Key responsibilities include providing training workshops, advising on customer satisfaction strategies, performing financial reviews, and collaborating with clients to address challenges specific to small businesses.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Finance and Small Business management, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
* Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional client support
* Experience developing and delivering Training programs for small business growth and development
* Ability to identify challenges and develop creative, tailored solutions for small business success
* Proficiency in using relevant business software and tools
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Knowledge of business practices in First Nations communities is highly regarded
* Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related discipline are advantageous
