What you'll be doing – where your passion will meet purpose!
* Work full‐time, on‐site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between.
* Assist customers with travel‐related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid, you name it.
* Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale.

* Great organisational skills – you take notes, manage your calendar well and respond quickly to customers' phone calls and emails.
* A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help open up the world to our customers.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‐pressure environment.
* Enthusiasm, passion and a warm personality that makes customers want to book with you every time.
* A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between complex systems to find the right flight and package options.
