Lead Spec Bus Fleet & Infrastructure
Transport for NSW is looking for a strategic asset leader to deliver solutions across Fleet & Infrastructure or Maritime Fleet & Infrastructure portfolios worth $6.4B. The role will foster a proactive, systems-focused culture that anticipates risk, optimises performance, and strengthens asset reliability.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership across the asset portfolio.
* Operate as a lead specialist within the $6.4B portfolio, fostering a proactive, systems-focused culture.
* Oversee maintenance and capital works delivery, embedding strong assurance frameworks.
* Drive a more integrated, forward‐looking, and performance‐driven approach to fleet and infrastructure stewardship.

About You
We are looking for a confident, strategic asset leader with experience shaping and stewarding complex infrastructure portfolios – ideally within transport, rail, defence, or mining/industrial environments. You bring a portfolio mindset, solid knowledge of engineering standards, regulatory frameworks, and asset management systems, including familiarity with Australian Standards and ISO55000 aligned practices.
