About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Shift Process Operator to join our team at the Narngulu Mineral Separation Plant based in Geraldton. This is a permanent position offered on a roster of 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off rotation.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate both fixed and mobile plant and equipment.
* Undertake regular plant inspections and complete check sheets.
* Sample and analyse process streams, report and correct any production variances.
* Make plant available to enable timely and effective maintenance.
* Undertake appropriate risk and hazard assessments to ensure a safe working environment is sustained.
About You
* Front‐end loader, skid steer, forklift, and EWP license desirable.
* Commitment to a proactive approach to safety and the environment.
* Good numeracy, literacy, and computer capacity.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a small team.
* Full working rights in Australia are required.
