- Source recent business opportunities
- Qualify and convert client leads
- Advise clients how to maximise rental returns
- Conduct rental appraisals
- Attend sales open homes
- Manage property compliance
- Draft managing agency agreements and proposals

Experience required:
- Proven experience bringing on new business
- NSW Class 2 real estate license
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Strong understanding of the property management process
- Valid NSW driver’s license + reliable car
- Ability to offer a high quality customer service experience
Benefits:
