As one of Melbourne's most diverse and evolving municipalities, Council is focused on strengthening how investment decisions are prioritised, evaluated and aligned to community needs.Overview Reporting at Director level, this newly created role will play a key part in embedding a more mature and disciplined investment planning and evaluation framework across the organisation. Working closely with executive leaders and business units, the Head of Investment Planning and Evaluation will help improve the quality, consistency and transparency of investment proposals, business cases and strategic recommendations across Council.Responsibilities The role requires an individual who can combine strong investment planning and business case capability with highly developed stakeholder engagement and organisational judgement.
