Current Opportunity
Our team based in Wallsend requires an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership, case management, and holistic care to our clients, including caring for their physical and mental wellbeing.
A strong emphasis on preventative care measures, a wellness and reablement approach, and clinical insights in managing risk will support our clients to achieve their goals and feel safe in their home.
What You Will Need
* Full unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse
* 2 years post graduate experience
* Experience in Aged Care preferred
* Familiar with the Aged Care Act
* Knowledge and demonstrated commitment to Quality and Aged Care Standards
* Familiar with Aged Care Funding
* Affinity and experience working with clients with dementia
* Excellent communication and clinical critical analysis skills
* Team player focused who is highly motivated
* Skills in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety
* A commitment to meet the required National Nursing Accreditation Competency – CPD hours of 20 minimum yearly standards.
