Job Title
Provide scheduling services to Home Care Workers and ensure clients are properly cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer client and staff schedules.
* Ensure rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness, while maintaining care worker contracted hours.
* Actively participate as a member of the support team and provide system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Demonstrated experience in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre roles.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
