About Goodstart Manunda
We are a small, centrally located childcare centre with a capacity for 68 children, just a 5‐minute drive from Cairns city. Our prime location also puts us within walking distance of schools, TAFE, and local shops. Our team is a rich tapestry of cultural diversity, with Educators hailing from India, China, Korea, Italy, and Australia, including valued First Nations staff. Most of our team members have been with us for three or more years, reflecting the strong community and supportive environment we cultivate.
We offer robust support for trainees and educators who are continuing their studies, thanks to our high percentage of Diploma‐qualified staff who serve as mentors. Additionally, we have a permanent pool of relief educators to assist with leave and provide time off the floor.

You'll need
* Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
