The Role
You'll work across a broad mix of estate planning and estate administration matters, advising clients on everything from straightforward wills and powers of attorney through to more complex probate, succession and contested estates matters.
Your work will include:
* Preparing Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney
* Advising on succession planning, estate structures and superannuation nominations
* Managing Probate and Letters of Administration applications
* Assisting with estate administration and property transfer matters
* Working on contested or disputed estates matters
* Developing strong client relationships across a loyal and growing client base.
The practice operates largely on a fixed-fee basis and the Gold Coast office experiences a strong volume of walk-in clientele, creating a steady and consistent workflow.
About You
* Associate level lawyer with approximately 3+ years PAE
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Confident managing files while still valuing collaboration and support
* Keen to continue developing within a progressive team environment.
