We are a busy chartered accounting firm located in Ormeau seeking an exceptional Administrator to join our team. This is a key support role within our practice, ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a professional office environment.
You will play an important role in supporting our accountants and directors, managing day-to-day administration, and helping ensure our clients receive a smooth and professional experience.
What you'll be doing
* General office administration and administration support
* Client communication via phone, email, and in person
* Preparing documents, correspondence, and maintaining client records
* Supporting accountants and directors with workflow and practice administration
* ASIC administration, including company registrations and updates
* Maintaining accurate filing systems and databases
* Liaising with clients, ASIC, ATO, and external stakeholders
* Assisting with improving office systems and processes
What we're looking for
* Previous administration experience in a professional office environment is essential - 2+ years administrative experience is required for this position
* Experience in office administration, administration officer, or similar support role
* Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems and software
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
* Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently
* Strong team focus with a willingness to support others in a busy office environment
