Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Advisor
* A dynamic role exists within our company's People & Culture team, focusing on the strategic acquisition and engagement of top talent to drive business success.
About the Role:
This key position will play a pivotal part in our recruitment process, utilising innovative strategies to source, screen, and engage candidates for current and future roles. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop an attractive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and contribute to building a strong workplace culture.
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and social media platforms to identify high-potential candidates.
* Drive continuous improvement in all sourcing, screening, and due diligence activities to ensure we attract and retain the best staff possible.
* Partner with the Head of People & Culture to cultivate a strong EVP and workplace culture through special projects, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver targeted recruitment marketing strategies to drive candidate engagement and improve our employer brand.
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
