The School Executive Support Officer (SESO) plays a key role in supporting the Head of School and Faculty Administration Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the School and Faculty. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative processes, managing communications, and ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures. Acting as a central liaison between the Head of School and Faculty Administration Teams, the SESO provides executive-level support, assists with planning and scheduling, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves budget monitoring, financial processing, and oversight of building and equipment matters, while supporting faculty-wide activities such as graduations, orientation, and student engagement.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, students, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience providing executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of financial administration, including budgets and transactions.
- Familiarity with University systems (e.g., RAPID, Unimarket, Banner) or the ability to learn quickly.
