Maintenance Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent individual to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a hands-on approach to maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, basic plumbing repairs, painting, and carpentry work.
* Conduct minor repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems, as well as locksets, door hardware, and related fittings.
* Complete tiling repairs and apply silicone in kitchens, bathrooms, and similar areas.
* Use basic computer skills to manage daily tasks and submit work order requests via email.
Requirements
* Proven experience in general maintenance and repair activities.
* Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems along with the ability to complete basic mechanical repairs is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills and a practical mindset are essential for success in this role.
