The Role:
We're looking for a friendly, organised, and adaptable Office Administrator / Receptionist Support to keep the office running smoothly and make a great first impression for visitors and staff.
What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face of our office-greet visitors and manage calls.
- Support the Customer Experience and Shared Services teams with admin tasks.
- Handle mail, invoices, couriers, and meeting coordination.
- Keep the office organised, tidy, and running efficiently.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as the business grows.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role is a must.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems.
- Positive, adaptable, and professional at all times.
