The Role
As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high quality, safe and timely personal care; assist with daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
* Support and care for residents as they age, helping them maintain independence, dignity, self‐determination and comfort.
* Assist residents with self‐care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
* Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
* Ensure an effective and consumer‐focused care and service delivery for all residents.
To be successful, you will have
* Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
* Experience in aged care highly regarded.
* Valid working rights in Australia.
* Availability to complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers Check or willingness to obtain.
