VCE Coordinator – POL 3
Full Time – 3 year tenure, commencing 27 January 2027.
Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is expanding into Years 11 and 12, offering the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), VCE VM and VET. The VCE Coordinator will play a key role in establishing and managing our senior school education program.
Responsibilities
Act as the expert reference for staff, students and families on all aspects of VCE and VET delivery.
Work closely with the Director of Senior Pathways to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant implementation of VCAA requirements.
Coordinate assessment, exam processes, and documentation management for the VCE and VET programs.
Serve as the first point of contact for VCE matters, assisting teachers, students and families in resolving curriculum, assessment, eligibility and engagement concerns.
Promote high‐quality VCE practice by supporting teachers to implement VCAA Study Designs, maintain assessment integrity, and respond to student needs through data‐informed monitoring and intervention.
Uphold the Catholic values of the College, maintain a positive public profile, and actively participate in implementing the College vision, mission and motto.
Qualifications
* Current, valid teaching certification and experience in delivering VCE and VET programs.
* Strong knowledge of VCAA requirements and assessment procedures.
* Excellent communication, problem‐solving and data‐analysis skills.
* Demonstrated leadership and collaboration within a senior school environment.
* Right to live and work in Australia.
