We are hiring experienced QA professionals for two strategic openings within our Quality Engineering team:
* QA Lead (Automation/SDET) – 9 to 12 years
* QA Manager (Travel Domain) – 15 to 18 years
The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in QA processes, automation frameworks, API testing, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and travel domain experience, preferably with Sabre, NDC, or PSS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end testing activities across multiple applications and platforms.
* Develop and execute effective QA strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, Business, and Infrastructure teams.
* Perform API testing using Postman and REST-based automation tools.
* Validate data using SQL/Database testing techniques and JSON/XML structures.
* Ensure adherence to Agile QA processes, SDLC, and STLC best practices.
* Participate in defect triaging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
* Work effectively in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
* Provide regular testing status updates, reports, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities – QA Lead
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, and Cucumber BDD.
* Implement UI and API automation solutions for enterprise applications.
* Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
* Mentor junior QA engineers and drive automation best practices.
Additional Responsibilities – QA Manager
* Define test strategies, test plans, governance models, and quality metrics for large programs.
* Manage stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
* Lead program-level testing activities and oversee multiple QA streams.
* Drive quality governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
QA Lead (Automation/SDET) – 9 to 12 Years
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 9–12 years of overall QA experience with minimum 4+ years in Java programming.
* Strong expertise in:
* Java (Collections, Streams, OOPS, Design Patterns)
* Rest Assured API automation
* Cucumber BDD framework
* Experience in automation framework development and maintenance.
* Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
QA Manager (Travel Domain) – 15 to 18 Years
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 15–18 years of overall QA experience.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Travel Domain, preferably Sabre, NDC, or PSS.
* Strong experience in:
* Test strategy and test plan creation
* Stakeholder management and defect triaging
* Program-level QA governance and reporting
Preferred Skills
* Experience in Airline/Travel domain projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
