The University of Newcastle is seeking Change and Adoption Analysts to help drive meaningful change and adoption across the institution. As a key member of the Digital Technology Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact projects that transform the way we work.
Main Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic plans for change management, communication, and training initiatives.
* Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and buy-in.
* Conduct thorough assessments of change impact and monitor adoption rates to inform future strategies.
* Design and deliver compelling workshops, communications, and training sessions to drive adoption and success.
* Collaborate across teams to create engaging knowledge content and ensure effective training delivery.
* Analyze feedback and use insights to refine adoption strategies and drive continuous improvement.
* E nsure all change documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely for easy access.
This position involves working closely with the Delivery Practice to support the delivery of change and adoption activities that guarantee successful embedding of new IT solutions across the University.
