Role
Café/Kiosk Attendants must have the highest level of customer service skills. The primary responsibility is to deliver first‐class services to patrons ensuring alignment with the organisation's Mission, Vision and Values.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers
* Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café
* Replenish condiments as needed
* Follow health and safety guidelines
* Handle cash and take orders using Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Promote the centre's services and programs to patrons
* Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
* Provide information on the product range, including promoting healthy food options
* Work mornings, evenings and weekends; hours may increase during peak periods
Skills & Attributes
* Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
* Coffee making/barista skills
* Current CPR Certificate
* Current Food Handlers Qualification
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
* Ability to be flexible during peak periods
