Who You Are You're someone who genuinely cares.
You understand that good care starts with listening, patience, and treating people the way you'd want your own loved ones to be treated.

What You'll Do As a Home Care Team Member at Poppy's, you'll visit clients in their own homes and support them with day-to-day tasks — like personal care, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and keeping them company.
But more than that, you'll bring reassurance, laughter, and companionship into their day.
You won't be doing it alone.

We also have clinical expertise available when required, so you can feel confident in every visit.
What You'll Need - Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or higher- First Aid and CPR certification- National Police Check (within the last 6 months)- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle- A smartphone (for rosters and communication)- A kind nature, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life Why Choose Poppy's?
