Job Description
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. You will work collaboratively with your centre team to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team
* Engage and supervise children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and organisational policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, a current NSW Working with Children Check, and be willing to travel between centres. You will also have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 7am-6pm.
