About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Engineer to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of plant operations for foundations and bridge construction.
The Plant Engineer will be responsible for planning, mobilizing, and coordinating heavy plant and equipment for piling, foundations, and bridge construction. They will also monitor utilization, performance, and implement preventative maintenance programs.

* Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal plant performance and reduce downtime.
* Conduct regular inspections of plant and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend repairs or replacements as needed.
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage plant operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Provide technical advice on plant selection, capabilities, and safe operating procedures to support project delivery.
Key Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience in plant engineering, civil, or infrastructure projects.
* Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Strong understanding of heavy plant and equipment used in foundations and bridge construction.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plant specifications, and maintenance schedules.
