Home Care Professional

As a care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality domestic assistance, social support and personal care services that cater to their individual needs and preferences.
To achieve this, you will work closely with experienced care coordinators who will provide comprehensive guidance and support throughout your journey. You will also have access to detailed client information, enabling you to build meaningful relationships and deliver tailored care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide domestic assistance, including household chores, meal preparation and cleaning
* Offer social support, engaging clients in activities and conversations that promote emotional well-being
* Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing and grooming
* Transport clients to appointments and activities, ensuring safe and timely arrivals
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or related field (or currently studying)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Reliable vehicle and driver's license
