We're looking for an energetic and dependable Retail Store Person to become the behind‐the‐scenes hero of our retail team. In this dynamic, fast‐paced role, you'll support daily retail operations, help customers collect their orders with a smile, and keep things running smoothly in the back‐of‐store warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Loading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
* Assisting customers with order collections – making it a seamless experience
* Supporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
* Accurately receipting of goods into our operating system
* Assembly of furniture with pride and attention to detail
* Responsible for contributing to and upholding all OH&S requirements
* Maintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse
* Collaborating as part of a team, using your initiative, problem‐solving and handling a fast‐paced environment

* Previous experience in a similar role supporting warehousing and distribution
* A passion to help people and a desire to get results
* The physical capability to handle our products
* Reliable, committed, proactive and driven with a can‐do attitude
* As we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes. Applicants must be physically capable of safely performing these tasks as part of their daily duties
* Applicants must be an Australian citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in Australia and therefore hold a valid visa.
