Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and manage service bookings and enquiries
* Prepare repair orders and clearly explain recommended work and costs
* Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress
* Keep customers informed throughout the service journey
* Identify and recommend additional maintenance and service opportunities
* Ensure all work is authorised, completed to dealership standards and delivered seamlessly

Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within a dealership environment
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail and a professional approach
* Current driver's licence
