This includes a consideration of alternate discharge pathways as necessary.To provide advanced clinical skills in the area of Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy including assessment, treatment, and discharge planning of medical collaboration with Medical and Nursing colleagues, at a ward and service level, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical pathways that address complex patient needs across the continuum.Providing service wide Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy clinical and professional advice on specialised clinical areas and service delivery models in the area of General Medicine inpatient services.Find out more in the Role Description.Our offer:You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $145,360 p.a., comprising salary rates $73.13 - $76.30 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Level) (Permanent Part Time, 64 hours p.f.).
