The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially minded Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team and drive the next phase of product and engineering evolution. You’ll shape our technology strategy, build and scale a world-class engineering team, and steer innovation across our consumer and venue-facing platforms.
What You’ll Do
* Own and evolve the company’s technology vision and execution roadmap
* Build, lead and mentor a high-performing remote engineering and product team
* Drive architectural decisions across mobile, web, and backend systems
* Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability
* Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Operations teams
* Provide expert technology counsel to the CEO and leadership team
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a CTO or senior tech leader in a scaling start-up
* Strong technical background (ideally across Java, Kotlin, Swift, AWS, CI/CD)
* Track record in building and scaling consumer-facing platforms
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strategic thinker who can execute at pace
* Passion for food, hospitality, or purpose-led tech is a big bonus
