Job Description
As a Physiotherapist at Ability Action Australia (AAA), you'll support NDIS participants across the lifespan, ensuring they achieve meaningful, real‐life outcomes through evidence‐based interventions. You will mentor junior clinicians, collaborate with families, carers and a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to service growth with minimal micromanagement.
About the Role
* Assess physical function using clinical observations & standardised assessments
* Interpret findings and set meaningful, individualised goals
* Deliver evidence‐based interventions that support real‐life outcomes
* Work with participants across the lifespan based on your interests
* Collaborate with families, carers & a supportive MDT
* Mentor junior clinicians and support service growth alongside your Allied Health Manager
* Experience autonomy, support and zero micromanagement
This is a part‐time position of 0.6 FTE.
