Job Description:
* Responsible for the recruitment, supervision, training, and evaluation of Family Engagement Specialists.
* Serves as a liaison between parents and agency staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Covers an assigned geographic area, engaging community partners and resources to promote the agency's mission and services.
* Coordinates with other departments to develop policies, procedures, and training programs related to admissions and family engagement.
* Maintains contact with program staff and meets with youth and families regularly to assess needs and provide support.
* Responds promptly to inquiries and requests for services, conducting thorough reviews and casework steps to ensure placement consideration.
* Assists families in complying with agency agreements, following up on payment balances and communicating changes or issues.
* Documents case records accurately, submits timely reports, and maintains resource knowledge within the assigned outreach area.
This role requires a master's degree in social work or a related field, along with LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure in good standing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, group facilitation abilities, and the capacity to efficiently organize work and meet service objectives.
