Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team as Retail Manager, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers choose products and find the right shades, scents, and skincare routines.
* Support Sales and Beauty Advisors to provide confident, personalised assistance and drive sales.
What you\'ll bring
* Retail experience, particularly in beauty, with a track record of leading teams that deliver great customer service
* Genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty
* Excellent communication skills and ability to form genuine connections with customers
* Creativity in merchandising
* Experience as an experienced, supportive and inspirational leader
* Experience in training and service-focused roles is a plus
