An exciting chance currently exists for you to join the Chief Finance Officer Services as a Senior Technology Officer – Systems Support. You will provide effective and timely support to CHHHS stakeholders for local hardware, systems and applications so to enhance and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. Maintain local ICT system infrastructure and cloud-based digital services and environments to ensure service levels are achieved with minimum disruption to service availability.

About your opportunity:
- Install, administer, maintain and support for on premise hardware, peripherals, cloud-based services, software and associated operating systems by applying high-level technical expertise.
- Provide a sound level of ICT technical expertise to ensure compliance with departmental standards, CHHHS policies, procedures and processes,
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with CHHHS staff and internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved with minimum disruption to service availability.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating, negotiating, advising and working collaboratively with others.
