About The Role
Join the Grampians Health Ballarat Dental Service and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred dental care in a supportive regional setting. This role is suited to both experienced Dentists and new graduates looking to build capability while enjoying a strong work‑life balance. You’ll work collaboratively with Senior Dentists and the wider Oral Health Services team to promote excellence in oral health and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, high‑quality dental care within scope of practice
* Collaborate with Senior Dentists and oral health teams
* Participate in quality, efficiency and service improvement activities
* Maintain CPD records and meet AHPRA registration requirements
* Support colleagues and contribute to team capability
Skills & Experience
* Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Dentistry
* Licence to use irradiating apparatus (radiation safety)
* Strong clinical knowledge and contemporary practice approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
