Your Opportunity
In this role, you will contribute to the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates across civil infrastructure projects, including water, transport and major works. You will play a key role in analysing project scope, developing pricing strategies, and supporting commercial decision‐making.
Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and pricing submissions
* Interpret project scope, drawings, and specifications
* Develop cost plans and pricing strategies aligned to tender requirements
* Support risk identification and cost optimisation initiatives
* Assist in contract negotiations and variation pricing
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams throughout the bid process
* Spanning all key sectors of the resource and construction industry
What you bring
* Experience in civil infrastructure estimating
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies
* Ability to prepare accurate estimates and cost plans
* Experience working on tenders for medium to large projects
* Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction or similar
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
