Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Youth Worker to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to empower young people towards employment success by facilitating delivery of Fit for Work.
* Facilitate group sessions on employability and life skills.
* Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to program participants.
* Collaborate with employers and community organizations to generate employment opportunities.
* Maintain case notes and records for program evaluation and reporting.
