Customer Service Specialist
This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage a range of business processes, including general enquiries, procurement, facilities coordination and records management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistent level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service across various channels
* Manage administrative processes, records and shared-service activities accurately and efficiently
* Coordinate office requirements — including stationery, catering, room bookings and maintenance requests
* Support stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external providers
* Maintain and update knowledge systems, intranet pages and databases
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in administration or customer service
* A friendly, professional and proactive approach to your work
* Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems
* Excellent communication, teamwork and time-management skills
* The ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities
