About The Role
We are Seeking a Real Estate Sales Rep to join the Elders Forbes team on a full-time, permanent basis. Driving listings and sales activity across the Forbes region, you will prospect for new business, manage property listings, conduct appraisals and inspections, and negotiate successful transactions.
With your understanding of the Real Estate industry and the local community, you will build strong relationships and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Backed by the Elders network, you’ll have the tools and support to grow your career in a dynamic, results-driven environment. A competitive remuneration package is offered, with flexibility based on experience and sales performance.
Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
* List, market and sell properties, including Farmland and Water Trading
* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
* Participate in Branch business development programs supporting farming clients
* Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
* Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
* Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About You
To succeed at Elders, you have:
* Current Real Estate licence, Stock & Station licence, and a current driver’s licence
* Previous experience within a fast-paced real estate sales environment
* Understanding of the Forbes and broader central west region
* Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
* Articulate communication skills (written and verbally) to easily establish relationships
* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Be a Team player and have a passion for working with a large organisation
