This is a 3 month contract role for a Service Desk Analyst reporting to the Service Delivery Manager supporting a workforce of 500+ employees (and growing!).
As a member of the Service Delivery Team, you are the primary point of contact for all users for IT as well as users of the online ordering system.
**Experience and skills required**:
- Experience with Microsoft suite including O365, Active Directory
- Troubleshooting hardware, network and software issues, supporting desktops in a Microsoft environment.
- Robust experience in the delivery of IT end user support including knowledge of helpdesk tools and reporting.
- Experience supporting an enterprise business with over 500 users
- End User devices i.e., laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, IT network and hardware
- Prefer experience in supporting System21 (I-Series) ERP system or similar e.g. SAP.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role
- Highly customer and quality focused with an attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and achieve deadlines. Multi-tasking.
- Valid Drivers License and a vehicle
