**South Melbourne**, this small energetic and vibrant office is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their "Happiness Team".
**About the role**:
Your role will evolve and you will take on more responsibility as you learn and grow within the team. Some things you can expect with this role..
- Before and after-sales customer service
- Processing orders and booking deliveries
- Coordinating delivery partners and liaising with the warehouse
- Managing Service & Repairs and Warranty process
- General administration tasks including data entry and basic reporting
**About you**:
- Customer Service Experience...retail/hospitality/call centre all welcome!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with positive bubbly attitude
- Ability to multitask and be adaptive to changing tasks
- Good understanding of computers with intermediate level of Microsoft Office
**What's on offer?**
- Starting salary $60,000 inc super with option for growth up to $71,000 (Must be achieving KPIs for at least 6 months)
