* Provide quality, timely and effective care that reflects the unique needs of each resident and in accordance with resident care plans

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate compassion, empathy and advocacy. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role. Experience in individual support or related work experience is beneficial. Australian working rights are required.
Clearances
A mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector is a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
